When you request an estimate, contact us, or apply to join our team, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details (phone, email, address), details about your property and cleaning needs, and — for job applicants — your resume and work details. We may also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your personalized quote, schedule and deliver cleaning services, respond to inquiries, process job applications, and — only if you opt in — send occasional offers. We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared only with the Endirt team members who handle your booking, and with the service providers that power our website and messaging (e.g., WhatsApp for quote conversations, analytics providers). Conversations on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Retention & your rights
We keep booking records only as long as needed for scheduling, accounting, and legal requirements. You may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@endirt.ca.
